✂️ Appointments – Please book in advance and arrive on time.
⏰ Cancellations – Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
🚶 Late Arrivals – If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service. Unless prior arrangements have been made or you have contacted us in advance.
💳 Payments – Payment is due at the time of service. Deposits (if required) are non-refundable if the cancellation policy isn’t met.
🛑 Respect & Safety – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being disruptive, disrespectful, or under the influence
🧑🧑🧒🧒Families and kids are welcome, but children must be supervised at all times.
Respect the space and those having services done , it keeps things relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.
